- Strong academic background with a first degree in an analytical discipline; postgraduate qualification in Economics or Finance is highly advantageous.
- Deep expertise in credit analysis and/or macroeconomic principles, demonstrated through advanced quantitative analysis, publications, and market‑recognized thought leadership.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive analytical experience within a financial institution, asset manager, ratings agency, or public accounting firm, with exposure to complex and high‑profile credits.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated credit views clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences including investors, issuers, and senior stakeholders.
