Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership in cultivating and sustaining high-performing trade partner relationships, ensuring strong alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategic delivery. Oversee enterprise-level scheduling, budgeting, estimating, value engineering, and contract governance across a high-volume construction portfolio totaling $200M-$500M under active execution.
