The Opportunity
The Ward Clerk performs a variety of reception and clerical duties required for the efficient operation of the unit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: data entry and database entry; ordering and maintaining supplies; required transport functions; answering phones.
Hours of Work
10.5 hour shifts; 0700‑1900 or 1900‑0700.
Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate from a recognized Office Administration Program preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs/technology (testing may be conducted on shortlisted candidates).
- Knowledge of SAP an asset.
