Job Description
Our Warehouse Associate, working alongside the Warehouse Manager, will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance for all goods and materials in our Toronto office and associated warehouse operations. This includes staging materials for project installations, delivering to customer sites, and coordinating pick-ups by technicians. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong computer literacy, a valid driver’s license, a positive team attitude, and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
+ Receive shipments, verify goods, complete accurate and detailed paperwork, and enter materials into inventory software.
+ Advise appropriate person(s) when stock has been received.
+ Liaise with the Accounting team on a regular basis to ensure packing slips and invoices received, and that RMAs are accurately processed with efficiency.
+ Ship stock to other branch offices and customer sites as required.
