Responsibilities
- Ensure all country customer fulfillment operations are following HSSE policies and Quality Standards. Drive safety agenda and strengthen safety leadership culture within the team and contractors.
- Lead the customer fulfillment process and service delivery through close collaboration with supply sources, GBS, logistics, and other areas in the value chain. These include order fulfillment preparation and planning, follow-ups with/to manufacturing sites, freight forwarding, warehousing, and HSSE compliance.
- Execute strategies and tactics to mitigate non‑controllable external BP factors such as international price and forex impacts, local political situations, and economics. Adapt processes unique to international customers as needed.
- Lead monthly SLA reviews which include key operational performance tracking, project tracking and assurance across deliverables in HSSE, Quality, Service and Cost.
