 At DHL eCommerce Netherlands, our core mission is to deliver something beautiful from point A to point B, and as a fulltime Logistics Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in achieving this. You'll ensure smooth daily operations, guiding and coaching Team Leaders across three shifts: 07.00 - 15.30, 15.00 - 23.30, and 23.00 - 07.30. With your keen eye for process optimization and your ability to handle ad hoc situations, you'll oversee a team of over 350 colleagues, contributing to the seamless sorting of up to half a million packages each day.
 Your responsibilities include:
 Maintaining an overview of the entire process, identifying bottlenecks for further optimization.
 Developing sustainable solutions for workflow congestion.
 Serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers.
 Conducting regular coaching and development discussions to support your colleagues' ongoing growth.
