As a Warranty Clerk, you'll be integral to Steele Mazda's commitment to customer service in Newfoundland and Labrador. Collaborating with Service Advisors and Technicians, you'll manage warranty claims, review repair documents, and ensure compliance with Mazda standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extend and complete daily P.D.I repair orders
• Verify claims entered by Service Advisors for accuracy
• Prepare and submit claims with proper authorization
• Correct and resubmit rejected claims promptly
• Maintain warranty schedule and claims follow-up records
