CARTRONICS POWERSPORTS is looking for a technical minded and customer-oriented Warranty & Service Writer to join their team in Kingston! The Warranty & Service Writer is the liaison between the customer and the technicians; communicating directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding equipment service maintenance and repairs. The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
