Develop new welding technologies and drive technology transfer projectsDevelop and implement WPQR and WPSMonitor welders’ performance - examining and certifying weldersMaintain a register of valid welder competence approvals and WPQR and WPSMaintain a register of welding qualityDeveloping local procedures necessary to meet legal and company requirements.Lead or participate in improvement activities to improve welding quality and repeatability - non-conformities and corrective actions.Participate in a global network of welding coordinators to ensure core welding competencies.Ensure compliance with ISO 14731 and ISO 3834-2Provide training for our welders (Lead Welding Academy development)We believe you have
