Well Operations Manager or Well Operations Superintendent
Office based rotational well operations management role (28 days on/28 days off), with visits to MODU during intake to coordinate equipment placement and liaise with Drilling Contractor.
About the Role
Accountabilities:
- You are accountable for your own actions
- To promote the behaviours and attitudes required for compliance with HSE rules and procedures
- To ensure that all parties involved in operations are informed of the plans, fully understand them and the risks involved
- That work will be stopped by you if there is a belief that HS&E may be compromised due to the activities being undertaken
- Use knowledge of well design and well construction scope to prepare detailed operating procedures offshore as directed by onshore DCI engineering support
