Job Overview
Amazon Fullfilment Mexico is seeking a full-time Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to serve as a designated safety representative for Sort Center, coordinating and implementing all areas of the Amazon Global Safety Program as directed by the safety leadership.
The WHS Manager promotes a positive safety culture while complying with Amazon safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment.
This includes conducting trainings and coaching associates on observed work habits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
Knowledge of STPS, CIVIL PROTECTION, SEMARNAT, and SCT regulations specifically related to Environmental, Health and Safety in Mexico.
Spanish and English advanced.
Available to work adaptable shifts including days, nights and/or weekends.
