Job Description
Lead wireline operations with Tier 1 Energy Solutions as a Wireline Supervisor. Responsible for managing a team of Operators, ensuring safety, and maintaining customer relations in both shop and field environments.
As a Wireline Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and manage equipment and tools for cased-hole wireline activities. With a focus on safety, you will ensure compliance with regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members. Expect both operational oversight and hands-on management in the field and shop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety compliance during all wireline operations
• Assemble and service perforating guns in the field
• Run various logging services including Cement Bond and Gamma Ray logs
• Provide technical assistance and mentorship to Operators
• Complete job-related paperwork and logs accurately
