Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Application Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent to support configuration, business process automation, and collaboration with Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• Configure Workday Recruiting and Talent modules based on business requirements
• Participate in design and informational sessions with Product Owners to understand automation flows
• Demonstrate Workday product capabilities and configurations to stakeholders
• Analyze system setup and support business decisions around tenant structure and automation
• Break down requirements into user stories and tasks in Jira and manage progress
• Collaborate with BSAs to refine documentation and ensure alignment with requirements
