About the Role
The Workplace Operations Manager (WOM) is a key member of the Global Operations function, playing an integral role in our strategic facility and regional service delivery for Uber. As a WOM, you will assist the Regional Workplace Lead in the operation and management of Uber facilities within your designated area, and serve a crucial integration role among the internal Places team and business stakeholders to ensure projects and activities are carried out in accordance with schedules and budgets as part of the end‑to‑end process. Reporting to the Regional Workplace Lead, you will ensure local business priorities are met while ensuring high‑quality employee experiences. This role will be a trusted advisor to the business and will leverage strategic partners and internal teams to provide the best environment to attract and retain talent, inspire collaboration and innovation, and foster pride in the Uber brand while balancing cost.
