<p>Inside Sales: Inside Sales; Customer & Revenue Retention from Existing (Small Location/ Secondary/ Local) Key Accounts in the Portfolio; Development & Cross Selling; New Business Acquisition Within Assigned Key Accounts; Customer Satisfaction by Providing Pro-Active Customer Care Key Accounts; Cross Functional Collaboration With other FedEx teams - Finance; Marketing; Operations; Customer Experience; Clearance; etc. & the Customer to Provide Timely Solutions; Customer Education on the Benefits & Requirements of FedEx Services; Key Accounts Support<br><p>Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards.
