Position:
The WW Compensation & Benefits and HR Transformation Manager will be responsible for shaping and governing a competitive and sustainable framework for compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and HR Tech systems, aligned with the company's positioning and business strategy.
This role will involve active collaboration with Company Business Leaders and Group HR teams to ensure a fair and competitive reward structure, while establishing a robust workforce planning approach to anticipate staffing needs, monitor performance, and optimize workforce allocation. The role will also drive HR transformation initiatives by leveraging HRIS and AI to enhance data-driven decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
