RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Be a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and the youth ministry.
+ Lead the overall youth ministry on the campus, ensuring all youth groups/events are executed with excellence.
+ Oversee all Youth volunteer teams/functions/leaders, including eGroups.
+ Identify opportunities to regularly integrate youth into every aspect of the church
