Youth Justice Operational Manager

2 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To support the Service Manager in delivering high-quality Youth Justice Services to children, young people and their families. The postholder will deputise for the Service Manager, lead key operational and thematic areas, and manage a multi-agency team to ensure effective service delivery, safeguarding and positive outcomes for children and young people. The role will contribute to service development, quality assurance, partnership working, performance improvement and the delivery of statutory Youth Justice responsibilities.
