Key Responsibilities
- Implements and supervises programs and activities for children and teens in accordance will all safety requirements and Company guidelines.
- Consistently delivers a welcoming and entertaining youth experience for our guests in accordance to brand standards.
- Owns their experience area and supports the development, implementation, and execution of initiatives; follows the Youth Program activity schedule as created by the Youth Activities Manager.
- Provides excellent service by demonstrating enthusiasm and genuine interest while working with both parents and children.
- Helps the Youth Activities Manager plan and prepare activity schedules for all age groups per departmental policies and procedures.
- Monitors inventory of supplies and equipment, and communicates procurement needs to Youth Activities Manager.
