Job Description
Looking for a caring and proactive individual to support student engagement and after-school supervision programmes within a secondary school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations and management of the school's Canopy space
- Build positive relationships and engage students during programme hours
- Maintain accountability systems for games and equipment loan/return
- Plan and facilitate student engagement programmes and workshops
- Support students' socio-emotional learning and school connectedness
- Assist in Learning Journeys and student outings where required
- Observe and identify student support needs
- Work closely with teachers and school personnel on student progress
- Provide administrative and programme support when needed
