Experience: 1018 years | B2C background preferred
Role Summary
Lead business growth, admissions, revenue, and operations for 38 schools in your zone. Drive performance through strong team leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own zone-level admissions & revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end school operations (38 schools)
- Ensure SOP compliance and academic-support processes
- Lead & mentor Principals and Ops teams
- Drive student retention, parent satisfaction & hiring support
